Shipping

For U.S. orders, please allow 1-3 days for arrival, while international shipments typically take 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available with a 24-hour turnaround time.
Returns
You may return any new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we make an error, such as sending an incorrect or faulty product, we will cover both the product and shipping costs.
Exchanges
If your item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective products or incorrect items sent. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the package is returned to the shipper, though most refunds are completed sooner.
